General Policies
Tuitions and Registration Payments
ALL Registration fees and subsequent Tuition Payments for booking any Group Class or Private Lesson ARE NON-refundable. By submitting any payment parents waive any and all rights to the moneys collected and processing fees associated with this transaction.
Liability Release Agreement
By submitting a registration and using this site to book Art Classes or schedule Art Lessons, the parent or guardian of the child(ren) registered, hereby give consent for the(se) child(ren) to attend Art Classes at ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC, located at 3440 Lemmington Road in Pensacola, FL, 32504.
In the event of an emergency, the contact information number of the legal guardian or parent must be provided at the time of registration. If such individual is unreachable, Ms. Lilian Bachmeier/Fry will make any and all emergency decisions for my child(ren).
Although ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC, strives to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all children, accidents may still occur. Parents hereby acknowledge the risks involved in all voluntary participation.
If consent is given for any child(ren) to participate in these Art classes, ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC, and Ms. Lilian Bachmeier/Fry will be held harmless and blameless from any and all claims arising from voluntary participation. This release agreement does not apply to any claims of intentional, criminal misconduct, or gross negligence by ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC, and/or Ms. Lilian Bachmeier/Fry
Photo Release
Submitting a registration, hereby grants ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC, permission to use the likeness of any registered child(ren) in photographs, in any and all of ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC, printed and digital publications.
Photographs will subsequently become the property of ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC and may not be made available to parent. By submitting a registration, parents acknowledge that participation is voluntary and there will be no financial compensation for the use of such photographs.
Authorization is given to ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute such photograph(s) for marketing purposes of ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC's programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. Parents waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copies. Additionally, parents agree to hold harmless, release, and forever discharge ARTfullyLILIAN Studio, LLC from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which parents or their representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on their behalf, or may have by reason of this authorization,
In order to book any activity at this establishment, parents MUST AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
